Toujours dans ma quête des recettes faciles, économiques et faites-maison {home-made}, je vous présente mon dernier essai : le Jus de Pruneau !
Dans la catégorie hyper facile, c’est un champion toutes catégories ….
Plus besoin de l’acheter en magasin (à un certain prix en plus), préparez-le à la maison tranquilou, sans additifs, ni conservateurs, ni sucres !
Produit santé par excellence, il facilitera grandement les transits un peu paresseux …. 😉 :
Ingrédients (pour 1 litre de jus de pruneau)
– 200 g de pruneaux dénoyautés et coupés en morceaux,
– 750 ml d’eau,
– 100 g de sucre (optionnel, car la boisson obtenue est déjà naturellement sucrée).
Dans votre mixeur, mettre les pruneaux déloyautés et coupés en morceaux, ajouter l’eau et laisser ramollir pendant une demi-heure.
Mixer pendant 2 minutes pour obtenir un jus fin.
Vous allez voir que le jus va être très clair au début et puis, en reposant il va brunir.
Mettre en bouteille et conserver au frais dans les 6 jours qui suivent.
ASTUCE : on peut aussi facilement intégrer ce jus dans les smoothies, yaourts, etc.

15 octobre 2014 at 9 h 52 min C'est curieux, effectivement. La différence se joue peut être dans le fait que les pruneaux sont plus "frais" que ceux achetés dans le commerce ? Je ne saurais vous dire. Oui c'est bien 200 g dénoyautés, mais peut- être qu'il faudrait diminuer et passer à 150g avec les pruneaux de votre producteur Tenez moi au courant. Je n'ai pas mis de sucre mais deux cuillères à soupe de miel et le jus d'un demi citron j'ai fait "infuser" mes pruneaux dans l'eau tiède avant de les mixer et puis j'ai réfrigéré le jus il parait que le sorbitol des pruneaux se libère mieux (mais honnêtement j'en sais rien en tout cas c'est plus facile a mixer ^^).looli
